Bio

Haley Holzem joined the Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) Athletic Department in August 2019 as an administrative assistant. In 2021, she was promoted to Women's Athletic Administrator, and in February 2022, she assumed her current role as Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance. Holzem also serves as a Title IX Deputy for the San Antonio campus.

As Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance, Holzem oversees the integrity and adherence of the OLLU Athletics program to university, conference, and NAIA regulations. She develops and implements policies and procedures to ensure full compliance and supports processes that monitor and verify student-athlete eligibility. Additionally, she leads initiatives aimed at improving student-athlete retention.

A native of Normal, Illinois, Holzem graduated from Eureka College, where she was a member of the volleyball team. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Sports Management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management.
