Bio

HALEY HOLZEM joined the Athletic Department staff in August 2019 as the administrative office assistant and in 2021, she became the Women's Athletic Administrator, and in 2021, she added Budget Manager duties. In February 2022, she became the Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance. In addition, Holzem is a Title IX Deputy for the San Antonio campus.  

The Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance maintains control of the compliance of the OLLU Athletics program. Holzem will develop procedures and policies to monitor and ensure compliance with all institutional and NAIA rules and regulations. Compliance supports procedures in monitoring and verifying eligibility for competition and leading initiatives to improve the retention of student-athletes. The position requires support in maintaining budgetary records and assistance in the documentation of fundraising, spending and student-based record keeping for OLLU, the NAIA and the Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA) report.   

Holzem is a native of Normal, Ill., and graduated from Eureka College in Illinois, where she played volleyball all four years. Holzem earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administrator with an emphasis on Sports Management. She completed her MBA in Management at OLLU in the spring of 2022.
