OLLU Softball Clinches Red River Regular-Season Title After Sweep of A&M San Antonio

SAN ANTONIO (April 20, 2024) – The Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) softball team clinched the Red River Athletic Conference (RRAC) regular-season title after defeated Texas A&M University-San Antonio (AM-SA) this afternoon. The Saints won both games in five innings, with the first one 11-0 and the second, 11-3. The Saints increased their win streak to 41 from Feb. 9-April 20, 2024. They own the longest win streak than any university in any division (NCAA D1, D2, D3 and NAIA).

Baseball Scores 25 Runs in Sweep of Huston-Tillotson

SAN ANTONIO (April 19, 2024) - The Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) baseball squad swept Huston-Tillotson University (HTU) in a three-game Red River Athletic Conference (RRAC) series. The Saints improve to 24-22 overall and 13-14 in the RRAC. The Rams drop to 15-24 overall and 5-18 in conference.

Men's Tennis Defeats LCSC at NAIA Unaffiliated Tournament

NEW ORLEANS (April 19, 2024) - The Our Lady of the Lake (OLLU) men's tennis team beat Lewis-Clark State College (LSCS) in the semifinals at the NAIA Unafilliated Tournament 4-0. The Saints improve to 19-7 on the season.

SAN ANTONIO (April 18, 2024) – The No. 23-ranked Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) men’s tennis team begins play in the NAIA Unaffiliated Group Championship starting tomorrow. The tournament includes five teams and is being hosted by Xavier University of Louisiana (XULA) in New Orleans from April 18-20.

KANSAS CITY, MO. (April 17, 2024) – Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) preserved the top spot in the fourth edition of the NAIA Softball Coaches’ Top 25 Rating, garnering all 19 first-place votes. The top five teams remained the same as the University of the Cumberlands jumped ahead of Oregon Tech University for the number four spot. Madonna University climbed to No. 16 this week, while Benedictine University rose to No. 20. The newcomer to the ratings this week was St. Thomas University after receiving votes in the previous rating; they now sit at No. 19.

WILLOW PARK, TEXAS (April 16, 2024) - The Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) men's golf team finished in fifth place out of 12 teams after three rounds at the Texas Wesleyan University (TWU) Spring Invitational. The tournament was held at the Squaw Creek Golf Course in Willow Park, Texas, and had a par of 71.

The tournament was played on the Squaw Creek Golf Course in Willow Park, Texas, and had a par of 72.

DAYTONA, FLA. (April 16, 2024) - The Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) competitive cheer, dance and drumline teams competed on the national stage at Daytona this past weekend. The spirit programs reached new heights and marked first-time appearances in OLLU's history. The drumline team competed for the first time in program history.

WILLOW PARK, TEXAS (April 15, 2024) - The Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) men's golf squad finished the first two rounds at the Texas Wesleyan University (TWU) Spring Invitational today. They are in fifth place out of 12 teams after shooting 296 in round one and 290 in round two for a total of 586. The tournament is being held at the Squaw Creek Golf Course in Willow Park, Texas, and has a par of 71.

KINGSVILLE, TEXAS (April 14, 2024) – The Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) women’s track and field team joined six other schools to compete in the Texas A&M University-Kingsville (TAMUK) Cactus Cup on Saturday.  Joining the Saints in the competition were NCAA D1 University of the Incarnate Word, Texas State University and the University of Texas-Rio Grande Valley as well NCAA D2 TAMUK and NJCAA Victoria College.

Baseball Falls Short in Conference Series Versus LSU-Alexandria

SAN ANTONIO (April 13, 2024) - The Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) baseball team took one of three games against LSU-Alexandria (LSUA) this weekend. The Saints move to 21-22 overall and 10-14 in the Red River Athletic Conference (RRAC). The Generals jump to 17-18 overall and 14-9 in the RRAC.

OLLU Softball Sweeps Southwest for 39th Consecutive Win

April 13, 2024

SAN ANTONIO (April 13, 2024) – The Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) softball team completed its season sweep over the University of the Southwest (USW) this afternoon. The Saints took five innings to win 11-0 in the first game, and in the second game, 6-1 in the full seven innings. This marks 39 consecutive wins for the Saints from Feb. 9-April 13, 2024. They own the longest win streak than any university in any division (NCAA D1, D2, D3 and NAIA). The Saints move to 43-1 overall and 20-0 in the Red River Athletic Conference. USW drops to 12-20 overall and 3-17 in conference.
