Saints Plate 14 Runs in Loss to St. Mary's University

SAN ANTONIO (March 29, 2023) – The Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) baseball team lost a nail-biting 11-inning game 15-14 at NCAA D2 St. Mary's University (StMU) on Tuesday night. The Saints move to 20-15 on the season while the Rattlers improve to 15-15.

Head Coach Matt Piker commented, "This was a tough game and a hard one to swallow. One of the special things about this group is how well they stay in the fight, regardless of previous scores and previous at-bats. The team does a tremendous job, and I can't say enough how proud I am of that. We have work to do and things to clean up. St. Mary's University is a good team and I'm proud of how our performed."
