Saints Finish Season With Loss to LSU-Alexandria

SAN ANTONIO (May 7, 2023) – The Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) baseball team fell to LSU-Alexandria (LSUA) in the Red River Athletic Conference (RRAC) Championships to end the 2023 season. The Saints finish with a 30-20 overall record and 20-9 mark in conference play.

Head Coach Matt Piker said, "This was obviously a tough way to end the season. In reality there is only going to be one team that ends the year the way they want to. The result today is in no way an indictment of what this group accomplished. Thank you to the senior class for everything they accomplished. They did a great job laying a foundation that we can build on. There is a lot of things to be proud of this year and I'm looking forward to next year. Hats off to the 2022-2023 Saints."
