Saints Men Suffer Close Loss

HOBBS, N.M. (Jan. 14, 2024) – The Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) men's basketball team battled against the University of the Southwest (USW) but lost 88-84 on Saturday. The Saints move to 7-8 overall and 4-5 in the Red River Athletic Conference (RRAC). The Mustangs now have the same record with the victory.

Head Coach Chris Dial commented, "We let this game get away from us. This was a game that we needed to win and should have won. Losing Trey Law in the early moments was tough and he tends to be our heartbeat. We had an opportunity to find his energy among us as a team and didn't. I'm looking forward to another tough road trip next week."
