OLLU Men's Golf Concludes Day One Play at John Bohmann Memorial Invite

BLANCO, TEXAS (Sept. 13, 2022) – The Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) men's golf completed first round play at the John Bohmann Memorial Invite sponred by Texas Lutheran University (TLU). The tournament is being held at Vaaler Creek Golf Course.

The first round was played on Monday. Trinity University was in first place with a total of 289. Southwestern University followed in second place at 297. OLLU totaled 303 for third place on Monday. University of Mary Hardin-Baylor followed closely behind at 304 and Schreiner University sat in fifth place with 307. University of Dallas was in sixth place at 308, followed by  Hardin-Simmons University at 317, TLU at 321, TLU B Team at 322 and McMurry University at 328.

Massimo Garcia and Diego Garcia Hernandez led the Saints tied for 10th place after the first day with a total of 74. Sergio Garcia followed in 16th place at 76 and Oliver Gaisford was in 30th place at 79. Matthew Cantu rounded out the Saints in the 56th spot with a total of 87.
