Saints Men Complete Two Rounds in the UHV Fall Classic
VICTORIA, TEXAS (Oct. 17, 2023) – The Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) men's golf team is in fifth place after two rounds in the UHV Fall Classic sponsored by the University of Houston-Victoria (UHV).
The Saints shot a first-round 318 and second-round 310 to sit in fifth place. In the lead is the UHV with a two-round 603, followed by Blinn College (A) with 608, Texas A&M University – San Antonio with 613 and the University of Dallas with 616. After OLLU's 628, Blinn College (B) with 630, Louisiana Christian University with 633, Centenary University with 652 and the University of the Southwest with 661.
Leading the way for the Saints is Sergio Garcia (78-75/153) for a tie for 12th place. Oliver Gaisford shot 82/74 = 156, followed by Alex Marshall with 78-82=160, Ethan Aleman with 80-80=160, Victor Pena Cortez with 83/81=164, Matthew Cantu with 91-92=183.
