OLLU's Cortes Wins Red River Golfer of the Week

WACO, TEXAS (March 13, 2024) – Victor Peña Cortes of Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) captured the Red River Athletic Conference (RRAC) Men's Golfer of the Week award for March 4-10. This is the third award of the 2024 RRAC golf season. 

Cortes finished as the runner-up in the men's tournament at the Schreiner event. The sophomore from Malaga, Spain, sank a hole-in-one in the tournament and posted rounds of 70 and 72 to finish 2-under par. The Saints finished fourth in the event as a team.
