TEXARKANA, TEXAS (Sept. 24, 2022) – The Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) men's soccer team lost to Texas A&M University-Texarkana (TAMUT) 3-1 on Saturday. The Saints drop to 0-6-1 overall and 0-2 in the Red River Athletic Conference (RRAC). The Eagles jump to 4-4 overall and 2-0 in conference.
Head Coach Arthur Salazar said, "We played better today but the struggles to execute in critical moments continue to haunt us. We must clean up those moments if we want to be able to change the outcome."

Basics
The Saints were outmatched on Saturday afternoon against the Eagles. Texarkana opened the scoring at the 20th minute with a strike from Damilare Origunloye. The programs combined for 18 shots in the first half and the Saints evened the match at the 41st minute. Freshman Cade Ryan scored with four minutes remaining until halftime.
