Saints Men's Tennis Races Past DBU 4-1
ARLINGTON, TEXAS (Feb. 18, 2023) - The Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) men's tennis team defeated Dallas Baptist University (DBU) 4-1 on Saturday. The Saints improved to 6-3 overall. Full results are listed below.
Head Coach Dave Watts commented, "The men's team battled today. We struggled in the doubles by winning only one of three lines, and we consequently lost the doubles point. DBU is a well coached team that brings a ton of energy, so we knew the singles would be a fight. Our top three lines were able to get through in straight sets, and Guido Picasso was able to secure the win in a third set tiebreaker. Hopefully we can keep this momentum going."
