Saints Men's Tennis Battles in 4-1 Loss to UTPB
SAN ANTONIO (April 15, 2023) - The Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) men's tennis squad fell to NCAA D2 University of Texas Permian Basin (UTPB) 4-1 on Friday. The Saints move to 12-12 on the season while the Falcons jump to 10-7. Full results are listed below.
Head Coach Dave Watts commented, "The men showed a lot of heart today. We played well in doubles and captured the doubles point. We had some close singles matches as well. The last three matches came down to third sets and Enzo Frequelin had a few match points that slipped away. I was proud of how the team played, especially with us not being at full strength."
