Men's Tennis Falls to UIW in Two Matches
SAN ANTONIO (Feb. 2, 2024) - The Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) men's tennis team dropped two matches against the University of the Incarnate Word (UIW) on Friday. They lost the first match 7-0 and the second match 4-0.
Head Coach Dave Watts said, "We did a good job against a very tough NCAA D1 team. I thought we came out a little flat in the first match. However, our guys responded well and came out and competed better in the second match. This is about as tough of a team as we will face all year, so it's great to get the experience early in the season. Hopefully we can respond well against Schreiner University tomorrow."
