Men's Tennis Falls to No. 1-ranked Georgia Gwinnett College
LAWRENCEVILLE, GA. (Feb. 16, 2024) - The Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) men's tennis team lost to No. 1-ranked Georgia Gwinnett College (GGC) on Friday. The Saints are now 3-4 on the season and 1-1 at the Grizzly Invitational.
Head Coach Dave Watts said, "This was a tough match today. Georgia Gwinnett College showed why they have been the national champions for the past 10 years. Kyllian Savary was left out of singles, so everyone played up one spot. It was a good challenge for the team. Jaroslav Majsajdr did a good job at line one and David Ekpenyong battled at line two. We will try to recover and get ready for a tough SCAD Savannah team tomorrow."
