Men's Tennis Beats DBU for 11th Straight Victory
SAN ANTONIO (March 29, 2024) - The Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) men's tennis team raced past NCAA D2 Dallas Baptist University (DBU) 6-1 on Friday. The Saints have won 11 straight matches and are now 15-6 overall. The Patriots drop to 13-7.
Head Coach Dave Watts commented, "The match against DBU was much closer than the score indicated. We had multiple matches go to third set tiebreakers and we got outplayed in doubles. I was proud of how we responded in the singles matches and I thought our guys did a great job of closing out the third set tiebreakers."
