Several Men's Indoor Track Members Excel at Texas Tech Meet
LUBBOCK, TEXAS (Feb. 10-11, 2023) – The Our Lady of the Lake University men's indoor track and field team competed in the Jarvis Scott Open at Texas Tech University.
Head Coach Patrick Torres commented, "Watching some national standards being hit and a whole slew of PRs was incredibly special as a coaching staff. A hard lesson is that 4x400 came to us as well, but my confidence in this group has never been higher."
Standouts include a new school record in the 200m set by Jalen Bell. Tr'Darius Taylor hit the national standard in the 60m with a time of 6.88.

Several Saints will prepare for the NAIA Indoor National Tournament that takes place March 2-4 in Brookings, S.D. Tr'Darius Taylor will compete in the 60m and Jose Zarate will compete in the 3000m.
