Saints Brake School Record and Place First in Relay at UTSA Invitational
SAN ANTONIO (March 18-19, 2023) – The Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) men's track and field team won the 4x400m Relay and set a school record at the UTSA Invitational on Saturday. OLLU's participation in this event was the first-ever in school history; the Saints competed against NCAA D1 schools from throughout the country and was the only non-NCAA school at the meet.
Head Coach Patrick Torres commented, "All weather conditions considered, I'm proud of the way we competed. There was a very high level of track and field athletes present at this meet and OLLU athletes held their own."
