Women's Basketball Dropped by No. 19-ranked MACU

OKLAHOMA CITY (Nov. 20, 2023) – The Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) women's basketball team fell to No. 19-ranked Mid-America Christian University (MACU) 89-48 on Monday. The Saints drop to 1-2 overall while the Evangels improve to 6-0.

Head Coach Tanya Ray said, "They had scored 100 or more points in four of their first five games prior to tonight. We talked about needing to give ourselves second and third opportunities to score and that's hard to do when we turned it over as much as we did. We gave up 15 offensive rebounds and when you play the No. 19-ranked team on the road you can't make those type of mistakes."
