Saints Women Finish First Day of Lady Bulldogs Classic in Fifth Place

SEGUIN, TEXAS (Sept. 11, 2023) – The Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) women's golf team completed the first 18 holes of the Texas Lutheran University (TLU) Lady Bulldog Classic Tournament today. 

The Saints have totaled 313 points and are in fifth place behind the University of Texas at Dallas A Team, which has 296 points, the University of St. Thomas and Trinity University with 301 points and Southwestern University with 305 points. Following OLLU are Schreiner University with 327 points, the University of Texas at Dallas B Team and Texas Lutheran University with 335 points and Centenary College with 373 points.

Kendall Ward is leading the way for the Saints with 76 points for a tie for ninth place, followed by Ceci Lattuada with 77 points for a tie for 15^th place, Madelyn Miller with 79 points for 23^rd place and Annabelle Reyna and Alexis Calzada with 81 points for a tie for 24^th place.

The teams will tee off at 8 a.m. on Tuesday for the final round of the tournament.
