Saints Women's Golf In Fourth Place at Legends Cup

KINGSLAND, TEXAS (Oct. 3, 2023) – The Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) women's golf team is participating in the Legends Cup near Austin at the Legends Golf Club. The event is sponsored by the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor (UMHB).

The Saints are in fourth place after the first round. In first place is UMHB with a score of 307, followed by University of California-Santa Cruz at 310 and Hardin-Simmons University at 317.

After OLLU are Schreiner University with a score of 327, the University of Dallas at 328, East Texas Baptist University at 329, Millsaps College at 336, Texas Lutheran University at 344, Centenary College at 361 and McMurry University at 373.

Leading the way for the Saints is Annabelle Reyna, who shot a first-round 79 for a tie for 13th place. She is followed by Madelyn Miller, Ceci Lattuada and Kendall Ward with scores of 81 for 24th place and Alexis Calzada with a score of 85 for 38th place.

The tournament concludes today.
