Women's Golf in Second Place at TWU Spring Invite

WILLOW PARK, TEXAS (April 15, 2024) - The Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) women's golf team is in second place out of six teams after two rounds at the Texas Wesleyan University (TWU) Spring Invite. The tournament is being played on the Squaw Creek Golf Course in Willow Park, Texas, and has a par of 72. 

TWU tops the team standings with a total of 292/293=585. The Saints are in second place after shooting 324/312=636. The University of Houston-Victoria sits in third place at 329/327=656, followed by the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma at 330/334=664, Southwestern Christian University at 346/355=701 and Weatherford College at 415/390=805.

Ceci Lattuada leads the Saints after the first day tied for second place. She shot 74 in the first round and 72 in the second round for a total of 146. Kendall Ward is in seventh place at 83/74=157, followed by Annabelle Reyna tied for the 10th spot at 81/79=160. Madelyn Miller and Miliani Georges are tied for 22nd at 86/87=173.
