Women's Golf is Second After First Day at the Legends Cup

KINGSLAND, TEXAS (Oct. 1, 2024) – The Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) women's golf team began its fall schedule this week at the Texas Legends Cup sponsored by the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor (UMHB). All universities participating are NCAA D3, except OLLU.

The Saints are second after one round behind UMHB (301) with a score of 310. They are followed by Hardin-Simmons University at 315, East Texas Baptist University at 318, UMHB (B) at 319, Southwestern University at 323, Millsaps University at 324, Schreiner University at 332 and McMurry University at 362.

Annabelle Reyna leads the Saints with a first-round 75 for fifth place. Ceci Lattuada and Grayson Weiler finished the first round with a 78, followed by Kendall Ward at 79. Samantha Garcia participated independently and scored an 81. Alexis Calzada finished a 85.

Tournament play is underway this morning.
