SAN ANTONIO (Oct. 26, 2023) – The Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) women's soccer team blanked the University of Houston-Victoria (UHV) 2-0 on Thursday. The Saints improve to 8-4-2 overall and 7-3-2 in Red River Athletic Conference (RRAC) play. The Jaguars drop to 6-6-5 overall and 4-5-3 in conference.

Basics
The Saints offense shined in a shutout win against the Jaguars on Thursday. Lyndee Rheinberger started the scoring at the 30th minute and the Jaguars were forced to make four saves in the first half. The Saints totaled eight shots in the first frame and limited UHV to one. The 1-0 lead held until the 86th minute when Sara Garza added a goal for the Saints.
