Women's Tennis Loses to Georgia Gwinnett College
LAWRENCEVILLE, GA. (Feb. 16, 2024) - The Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) women's tennis team fell to No. 1-ranked Georgia Gwinnett College (GGC) 4-0 on Friday. The Saints are now 4-3 overall and 1-1 at the Grizzly Invitational.
Head Coach Dave Watts commented, "Today was tough with Georgia Gwinnett College being the best team in the country. Lucia Popluharova was out at line one so everyone played one spot up, and Georgia Gwinnett was just too good. It was a great challenge for the ladies and hopefully will help up prepare for SCAD Savannah tomorrow."
