Saints Women Competed Against NCAA D1 Schools at UTSA Invitational
SAN ANTONIO (March 18-19, 2023) – The Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) women's track and field team placed in the top 10 in four events at the UTSA Invitational on Saturday. OLLU's participation in this event was the first-ever in school history; the Saints competed against NCAA D1 schools from throughout the country and was the only non NCAA school at the meet.
Head Coach Patrick Torres commented, "All weather conditions considered, I'm proud of the way we competed. There was a very high level of track and field athletes present at this meet and OLLU athletes held their own.
