Saints Women in Third Place at Continental Athletic Conference Championships

SAN ANTONIO (May 1, 2023) - The Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) women's golf team is in third place out of seven teams after one round at the Continental Athletic Conference (CAC) Championships. OLLU is hosting the conference event at the Golf Club of Texas with the final round being played tomorrow.

South Carolina Beaufort is currently in first place with a total of 308. The University of British Columbia is in second place at 312 and the Saints followed with 325. The University of Houston-Victoria sits in the fourth spot at 344. Maddie Minyard represents Crowley Ridge College and finished with 103 in her first round. Taylor Phillips and Halie Cruz competed for the University of the Southwest and combined for 196.

Ceci Lattuada leads the Saints in third place with a score of 75. Annabelle Reyna is in ninth place at 80 and Madelyn Miller followed in the 10th spot at 81. Miliani Georges totaled 89 for 18th place and Christina Trujillo is in 21st place at 91.
